RESALE PERMIT Must submit a copy of a valid resale license (for California) or other appropriate business licenses (for all other states) before your order can be processed. MINIMUM ORDERS The minimum requirement for the initial order is $250.00 wholesale. Re-order minimum is $75.00 wholesale. If re-order minimum is not met, orders will be subject to a $5.00 service charge. To qualify for the minimum order, merchandise can be ordered from all collections, including PLEASER ® , DEMONIA ® , LUCIOUS® , DEVIOUS ® as well as handbags. PAYMENTS Prices are NET. All shipments are C.O.D. Cashier’s Check or Money Order, unless arrangements are made through Pleaser USA, Inc. for C.O.D. Company Check or Net Terms. All major credit cards and wire transfers are accepted. FREIGHT United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified. All goods will be shipped F.O.B. Fullerton, California. Cancellations to orders after they are packed and ready to be shipped will result in a 10% re-stocking charge. DROP SHIP Drop-ship charge is $5.00 for each domestic shipment and $10.00 for each drop-shipment to Canada, plus shipping. International drop-shipping, other than to Canada, is not available. Daily drop-ship orders placed through our website, if combined into a single air and/or ground order, the drop ship fee will be reduced to $4.00 per drop ship location. There is no minimum order charge for all drop shipments. Returns and exchanges directly from the 3rd party will not be accepted. RETURNS No returns will be accepted without authorization. Returns shall only be accepted for manufacturing defects or non-conformity with order. Please note: WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS; instead, we will exchange returned merchandise or issue a Credit Memo for the dollar amount. For return authorization or our full return policies and procedures, please contact our Customer Service. CLAIMS No claims on used goods. All claims for discrepancies and shipping errors must be made in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of goods, with invoice number and reasons stated. REFUSED SHIPMENT Receipt by Pleaser USA, Inc. of a refused package, without prior notice, is considered a request to cancel all outstanding orders. All refused shipments will result in a 15% re-stocking charge plus freight costs incurred. Customers who refuse three (3) shipments within a 6-month period will be placed on a pre-pay basis. BOUNCED CHECKS A $25.00 fee will apply on each check returned for insufficient funds. BACKORDERS Any item on customer’s order that is not shipped will be automatically placed on backorder unless advised otherwise. Backorders not shipped within ninety (90) days are automatically cancelled. USE OF IMAGES Use of Pleaser USA, Inc.’s photographic images, which are copyrighted, is governed by the Pleaser USA, Inc.’s Image Release Agreement. Pleaser USA, Inc.’s product images, including those contained in this catalog, may only be used pursuant to the terms of that Agreement by persons who have signed it. PRICES Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise (original and back orders) will be billed at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment. 3
